Mac4Lin – globalmenu-gnome issue

I’ve my Ubuntu turned to Mac OSX look but I had issue with globalmenu-gnome module.  When I tried to run Android draw9patch tool any time I received following message.

# draw9patch
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module “globalmenu-gnome”: libglobalmenu-gnome.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Solution is to disable globalmenu-gnome in gconf-editor. Just do simply following in command line:

  1. #gconf-editor
  2. Edit -> Find -> ” globalmenu-gnome
  3. Disable “globalmenu-gnome

You have it fixed…
